“Valley Medical is now offering Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccination appointments to all individuals ages 12 and older. For more information about what to expect, please read our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) below.

Same-day or next-day appointments are available in Burnsville and Woodbury, Monday – Friday. Click "Schedule Now" to schedule your Covid-19 Vaccine Appointment.”

How it Works

1. Click the "Schedule Now" button above.

2. Select the location you wish to receive your Covid-19 Vaccine.

3. Complete a 5-minute questionnaire and select your appointment date and time*.

*Please be aware that your Covid-19 vaccine comes in two (2) doses, approximately 21 days apart. Please schedule your first dose to ensure that your are available to receive your second dose three (21 days) weeks after the first dose.”

The first 100,000 Minnesotans, aged 12 and older, who get their first COVID-19 vaccine between May 27 through June 30, 2021, will be eligible for a special reward!

A: There is no cost for COVID-19 vaccine for vaccine providers or patients. Per the CDC provider agreement, vaccine providers must administer COVID-19 vaccine, regardless of the vaccine recipient’s ability to pay COVID-19 vaccine administration fees or their insurance coverage status. There are no out-of-pocket costs for COVID-19 vaccine.
