Help ensure a safe workplace for your employees, click here to schedule tests! Valley Medical understands that these are unprecedented and trying times. In order to safely return your staff to work, employers are able to order antibody tests on behalf of their employees. Simply fill out our registration form and purchase as many antibody tests as you need. You will be contacted to work out a time for you staff member to come in at site nearest to them. Tests results will be sent back to you the next day. 


How it Works

  1. Provide your company contact information. This is where results will be sent to. 
  2. Upload an excel spreadsheet or submit a list of individuals being tested. Spreadsheet/list must include the following for each person being tested: First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Sex, Phone Number
  3. Pay right online with a credit card.
  4. Receive an email to determine what day works best to schedule testing and to receive a link for scheduling appointments.
