Crystal Rudell is a certified nurse practitioner in adult health. She received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Minnesota. She collectively has 17+ years of experience in health care and has focused her nurse practitioner career on chronic pain management, in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Crystal believes in taking a multi-modal approach in developing treatment plans for patients. She is certified in suboxone for opioid use disorder. She will be managing both chronic pain and addiction patients.
In her free time, Crystal enjoys reading, gardening, spoiling her dog, and working on home improvement projects.

We are a member of the VA Community Care Network and take TRICARE for active and retired military personnel and their families.
