Victoriah is a Doctorate-prepared Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical foundation and a passion for advancing patient care, professional development, and community engagement. She earned her doctoral degree from Augsburg University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and brings over eight years of experience as an intensive care nurse across multiple hospital systems in Minnesota.
Her background includes work in high-acuity ICU settings as well as experience as a travel registered nurse, providing care to diverse patient populations and adapting quickly to complex, fast-paced environments. These experiences have shaped her clinical judgment, resilience, and commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.
Beyond clinical practice, Victoriah is actively involved with the Minnesota Hmong Nurses Association and American Academy Nurse Practitioner, where she supports and mentors future nurse professionals.
As a nurse practitioner, Victoriah is passionate about building trusting relationships with patients and families, empowering them through education, and collaborative decision-making. Victoriah strives to create care environments that are respectful, inclusive, and focused on holistic wellness.
Outside of work, Victoriah enjoys hiking and camping, spending time outdoors with her family, and cheering on her children as an avid sports mom. She also loves unwinding with her favorite Netflix shows—especially cooking and food-inspired series.

We are a member of the VA Community Care Network and take TRICARE for active and retired military personnel and their families. We also accept insurance through auto insurance.
